The German signature Argentina – Chile will make use of the Dakar 2010 to present, on a global scale, the Amarok, the first pick up in the history of Volkswagen, which will take place in the plant that the signature has in Pacheco, Argentina.

The managers of the signature confirmed that 35 Amarok should take part in the competition, where 20 Amarok units will be used by the organizers of the career, and others 15 will be assined to the transfer of the journalists. The official presentation of the Amarok will be realized on December 15.
